Returns and Refunds — PHAVOS™

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or size choice. We handle issues related to defects, damage, errors in the garment, or shipment of an incorrect item. This limitation does not affect the right of withdrawal or any mandatory legal warranties that may apply.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal in Spain and the European Union

For distance purchases made by consumers in Spain and the European Union that are subject to this right, you may notify us of your withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt, without giving any reason. If a single order is delivered in separate shipments, the period begins upon receipt of the last item. Outside this scope, we do not offer a general voluntary 14-day return; the mandatory rights of the applicable country will be respected.

Email info@phavos.com stating your order number and the items you wish to return. A clear statement is sufficient; you do not need to justify your decision or obtain authorization to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will help you manage the shipment.

Send the items without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us. You may try on the garment as you would in a store. You will only be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Keep the tags and packaging if possible; their absence does not automatically invalidate your rights.

Shipping and Return Address

When you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods and chooses the carrier. We do not charge restocking fees. Keep the proof of shipment.

Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. For defective products or items sent by mistake, contact us: PHAVOS will cover the necessary costs of the appropriate solution.

Refunds and Size Exchanges

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the corresponding amounts without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from your notification, using the same means of payment and without fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If you return the entire order, we will include the cost of the initial standard delivery. Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer will not be refunded. For partial returns, the amount will be adjusted to the returned items and the applicable delivery costs.

We do not offer voluntary size exchanges. If you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you may place a new order separately, subject to availability. This does not limit the legal remedies available in case of lack of conformity.

Genuine Personalization

Garments made to individual measurements or featuring names, photographs, or specific designs requested by the buyer may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where legally permitted. This condition will be indicated before purchase. Manufacturing after receiving the order is not, by itself, sufficient to apply this exception.

Defects, Damage, or Incorrect Item

Contact info@phavos.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue; photographs may help us resolve it. We do not impose a 7-day limit to exercise the legal guarantee. We will arrange the repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination that corresponds under the applicable regulations, at no cost where appropriate. These rights also protect personalized and discounted products.
